I notice that most manufacturers list 10,000 mcg of biotin as 33,333% while this product lists 10,000 mcg as 3333% why is that?

Don't know but could it be a mistake? Maybe contact the company. I do think that most "daily values" are set by government entities and are quite low.

How this can be labeled vegan? cynatine hns is from new zealand sheep wool.

I honestly don't know. Maybe they figure the sheeps wool is a vegan product? I can tell you I loved these vitamins my hair grew a little more than an inch but the best part is I have short, brittle paper thin nails. I was waiting on my coworkers and I started to tap my nails and they all said YOU HAVE NAILS? I hadn't realized they had started to grow and were stronger. Sadly its a bit expensive for ME, so I only took it two months and haven't had a chance to reorder.
