So hard to unroll one you get it, but works great for making my chair roll smoother.

The mat is not as sturdy as ones I've used in the past. After about a month of daily use (I work from home), indentations and cracks appeared where the chair was positioned, so I've had to regularly move the mat around to get the chair out of those divots.

I appreciate that the mat is sturdy and durable but i feel like I have to put in extra effort for my desk chair to roll across it, for example, if i need to push back from my desktop and get up. However, that would be my only complaint and that could also be because I use the mat on top of carpet. The mat itself comes rolled up but I was able to flatten it out by putting dumbbells on it, one or two on the edges and it flattened just fine.

I like the mat but I’m a big guy and the wheels of the chair do sink into the mat but you can still roll just takes some effort.

There is surely a knack in unrolling this. I did it in the end and now it is OK and serviceable, but it was hard for a senior like me.

The mat arrived tightly rolled and in a box for shipping purposes of course. I have been trying for 3 days to get the mat to unroll and it will not. it is very sturdy and has awesome carpet grippers but It will not hold to the carpet to unroll it. As only one person, I tried unrolling it to set something heavy on the one end and it has snapped back and caused bodily injury. It is now sitting rolled in the corner until I am able to have someone assist me in laying this thing out. Possibly considering returning at this point.

Appears well made and easy to use, but is not made for a more "plush" type carpet. This indents where the chair wheels sit on the carpet (when I'm in the chair), and these indentations will last through the night (even after the chair has been moved and no one is sitting in it). Is it a good pad for under a chair-yes, fits good, well made, big enough that I don't "roll of the edge" when the chair is moved. But, it is made for "flat" carpet in an office, not "at-home" carpet that has more depth to it. On the correct surface, I believe this would last a long time, but not sure it will for our application. As long as it lasts through the "work from home-Covid " mandate, I'll be happy with the item for the price, as it is saving wear and tear on the carpet.

After receiving this product, we did as instructed and placed in a sunny spot to flatten. This does work. So my disappointment comes in the ease to move your chair. It is advertised for carpet and that is where we use it. I even have oversized wheels on our chair. You'll still sink in when you sit down and moving your chair is still difficult. better than nothing at all but not real easy. When this breaks down (and it will) I'll try a harder plastic one next.
