Does the black triangle come off?

Yes it does. It’s a sticker that is easily removed.

Does the striker wear out? Will it ever need to be replaced? If so, where can i find a replacement?

I purchased this more for decorative value; however, I have used it a few times, and the striker seems durable enough for my needs. I'm more concerned about the thin glass breaking when I add enough pressure to light the match. I don't know if there are replacements for the striker. I have not ever seen any offered. I hope this helps your decision making.

Is there a striker included?

There is a sticker that can easily be removed. There is also a match striker sticker on this as well. Yiu may want to keep that one unless you have another way to strike the matches.
