how attache to the TV? need drilling to the TV?

The straps should have a fixing point on the tv, mine does. You’ll need to look at the manufacturers booklet.

We only received two washers instead of four- can this be rectified?

You will get some cheap at any hardware store.

The pictures show straps attached to tv and tv unit, but desriptions states to screw to the wall. Can they be attached to the tv unit instead as pics?

Yes, supplied with screws for wall and unit fixing.

This may be a silly question, but do we physically have to drill into our TV to install this product?

If I remember correctly it screws in. Does your tv have screws in the back??
