Stop and buy these for a snoring person they will change your life!!
I have a deviated septum and when I lay down I struggle to breathe through my nose. These little vents really do the job to help me breathe through my nose and not my mouth so I've been snoring less. They are comfortable to use and if you get the correct size (I use small) then they will stay in without coming out all night. They are made from plastic so are easily cleaned to keep them hygienic. Will keep buying these and totally recommend them!

They work!
Very good, last about a week, very expensive for what it is though, hence 3 stars.

Comfortable and effective.
I was sent a free set of these in their new design. I liked the old ones because they have a hooped design, with spokes to prevent the hoop collapsing. Other brands also use a tube style which I found less comfortable than the WoodyKnows ones. I was at first worried that I would not like the new design, but actually they are well-shaped and comfortable, and don't need as much tinkering with to position comfortably as the old hooped design does for me. You need the right size for your nose, of course.

The new material for the dilators is much more comfortable but the new small size is more like a medium or large and requires quite a bit of stuffing to get into small nasal passages (probably why you need the dilator in the first place) The upshot of this is that even with the coarse material the old ones were more comfortable. A smaller (new shave) version is definitely needed Ok so after a few days of trial and error I have now got these dilators going in and out very easily and as a result the new style dilators are now a big improvement for me, so much so that I have upped the star rating and come back to edit this review. The new material combined with the correct application is making for easy breathing and a good nights sleep for all. Would I buy these again? I wouldn't be without them. My only advice is to give them a fair chance and to play around with the fitting, oh and read the instructions carefully.

I love these. They changed my life!
I have been using these for a couple of years now and I absolutely love them. They work! I used to have to jam my mouth open at night to breathe which was uncomfortable to say the least, and would wake up with my mouth feeling disgusting. I have had an op for deviated septum years ago, but that made no difference, and have tried various other nose dilators, strips etc, all of which were useless. Maybe in the beginning these took a bit of getting used to and I would sometimes pull them out in the night without knowing. But I have long since used them every single night, and cant bear the thought of not having one. I now sleep soundly and wake up having breathed through my nose all night - no feelings of suffocation or dry, yukky mouth. I find them comfortable - but rigid enough to keep my nostrils open. They also last a long time as you can wash them. Do give these a try - if they work for you like they work for me, you'll be so glad you bought them.

Quality hit and miss won’t buy again
EDIT 29/6/22 Bought new ones and they snapped within a few weeks rendering the dilator useless as it loses its shape. I have bought alternative ones on Amazon now that only has one link inbetween and so far they’re holding up, they’re also £5 cheaper. These are the best ones I’ve found to date. They’re comfortable and once you get used to them, you forget they’re in. Bad points Each one is only meant to be worn for a month, which is fine but on some of them, one of the bands keep snapping which renders it useless because that band controls the way it sits in your nostrils. I’ve only had this one for 2 weeks and the other two from previous purchases also snapped after about 10 days. At 6 quid a pop it’s quite expensive so they need to have a look at quality control.

Would not buy again
Unfortunately, they were either too big or to small, the size in-between is missing.

Great product
I was not sure about this product when I purchased it. Best buying decision I've ever made. The product helped my breathing and gave me twice the energy the next day. First couple days it was hard to fall asleep. Was a little uncomfortable. After 3 days I don't even notice it's there. I recommend everyone try this product if they suspect they are not getting enough air when they sleep.

Bisogna abituarcisi
La differenza nel respiro è immediata, ma potrebbe solleticare un pochino le narici e rendere difficile l’addormentamento. Talvolta lo uso da sveglio quando mi sento un pochino assonnato. Respirando meglio riesco a reggere la giornata.

Great to finally breathe!, tho didn't stop snores completely
Of several types and brands (Breathe-right, Dr Andrew McKeown, other highly rated choices on Amazon), these dilators work best for my too-narrow nasal passageway. I am able to breathe soooo much better and I can even lay in any position without it affecting the problem nostril and how I breathe. This type dilator is much different in how it fits internally. Took some getting used to how it feels but the silicone structure is way more comfy than any other I've tried. Does make one's nose look larger/misshapen, however. I find it stays in place ~85% of the time. Occasionally it shifts during sleep, or it'll fall out (or I pull it out) and I find it somewhere on the bed, but for the most part, it doesn't budge. Doesn't stop my snoring (hubby can attest, haha) tho, a) he says it's lessened; and b) I can breathe like never before - honestly don't know how I lived without it all these years! Oh, and it's a breeze to clean. About me: 50s F, snorer, no septum deviation, one extremely narrow nasal passage, allergies, no sleep study done yet. What could be improved: as another reviewer stated, I wish there was a size between the Sm and Med (currently use the Sm).

Great product
The product is perfect. The moment I inserted the nasal dilator into the nostrils I could breathe properly. They are comfortable and effective. Particularly good as a starter kit, 3 different sizes to try out which one fits best. So pleased, immediately ordered another pack in my size.
