NIVEA Pampering Coconut and Almond Milk Body Wash, Multipack, 3 x 20 FL OZ

This NIVEA body wash has a rich, creamy lather and leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer after each use. The coconut and almond milk scent is warm and pleasant without being overpowering, making it feel a little more luxurious than an everyday body wash. I also appreciate that it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or stripped after showering. The nourishing formula feels moisturizing, and my skin feels smooth and refreshed afterward. A little goes a long way, and the body wash lathers well on both washcloths and shower poufs. The bottle is easy to use, and the product rinses clean without leaving a heavy residue. Overall, this is a great everyday body wash that combines a lovely scent with effective cleansing and moisturizing benefits. It's one I would happily purchase again.

I love this body wash. It makes my skin very soft. It cleans very nicely, it is a moderately thick creamy lotion. It rinses beautifully. I have gone through winter in New England without dry skin, yay. It smells amazing, not perfumed, and is not overpowering at all. It is very nourishing and the size of the bottle is great, it lasts a long time. You do not need a lot to get great lather. My skin is no longer dry using Bath and Body products. I love it and highly recommend it.

SO MOISTURIZING

Like many Nivea items, this is a high quality product. Creamy. It lathers pretty well. And it does a good job of cleansing. You can call it 'nourishing,' 'pampering,' moisturizing or whatever, but basically all that means is that it is best suited for dry skin. This product is NOT going to strip oily skin free of oil as would ordinary bar soap; rather it is going to deposit a thin film of oils (or glycerin or whatever) on the skin that will remain after rinsing. For a body wash / soap product, this Nivea product does have a scent that is quite long-lasting. And while it does have a pleasant scent, it is so mild/light and 'low-key' that it seems to be designed to be palatable to a wide audience. It only very VERY vaguely hints at coconut or almond. I've used Palmer's Coconut Oil Body Wash … and while it is not nearly as high a quality product as this Nivea item, it does have a serious 'coconut cream pie' top-note that puts this Nivea product's scenting to shame. It's also a shame that no retail chain is actually carrying ALL the products in this line-up. So if you want to get a whiff of all of them, you're going to have to run all over town to see which chains are carrying which scents. I couldn't find ANY chain that was carrying this scent. And it's not hard to imagine a chain-store buyer taking a pass on this ambiguous, less-than-satisfying scent when it couldn't possibly spare shelf space to carry the entire line-up. Glance at some of the other reviews. You'll see others with less-than-flattering comments about the scent. So ding one-star for the scent. Maybe Nivea will think it through and make it smell more like coconut. Next go-round I will probably try the vanilla; that scent seems to be the mostly highly rated of them all. UPDATE: The vanilla also doesn't really smell like vanilla ... but it smells more like vanilla than THIS one smells like coconut or almond. I plan to stick with the vanilla ... while I sniff other scents in the department stores and drug stores to see if there's any I like more than the vanilla. UPDATE {2021-06-09]: Now I am using a bottle of the Wild Berries & Hibiscus. Now this scent is MUCH better than the bland scents of coconut/almond or the vanilla ... that barely smell like what they are supposed to be. THIS one has a VERY STRONG scent of juicy berries out of the bottle. Maybe not as masculine a scent as something else, but at least it is well-scented of what it is supposed to smell like.

ive been searching for the best coconut body wash and i tried them all that the drugstore can offer. dove, ivory, method, olay, soap&glory and i ended up liking nivea the best. its not tropical or fruity or floral but a soft milky unsweet lactonic scent. its clean and comforting and doesnt leave the skin with a weird film and suds well. i dislike dove because its heavy on the cocoa butter, olay just smells like dusty, ivory smells like chemicals and method smells like plastic while soap&glory is too tropical. for those also looking for the perfect coconut thats clean without too much of anything else this is the one for you. its simple but effective and it layers well with any other scent combo. it wont fight for attention but makes the skin smell and feel divine.
