Take the Leap!
The Good: This is a very comfortable and ergonomic chair that has made my work from home experience much better! The entire chair feels like quality, and it looks classy. It also comes fully assembled, which is amazing. Lastly, it's VERY customizable. You can move the height, lumbar support, customize upper or lower back stiffness, and more. The Bad: The only bad I found which is honestly minimal, is the arm rests are so customizable that sometimes they move when you don't want them to. That being said, they barely move. It hasn't bothered me yet. The Bottom Line: I'm not going to act like it's not expensive, it is. That being the case, you get what you pay for here. If you just use your desk for an internet search once in a while, you don't need this chair. Go to Costco and get a $300 chair. If, however, you work at home from your desk all day like I do, it's SO worth it.

Absolutely fantastic
As a petite woman, "standard" chairs are not made to fit me. I'm 5'3", and the average chair doesn't go low enough for my feet to hit the ground, the seat is always too long for my knees to clear the end of the chair, etc. I went on a mission to find an ergonomic chair for myself, and this one seemed like a clear choice. I'm so glad I purchased it! I am able to adjust the chair to a very comfortable and ergonomic position for myself. I also suffer from chronic coccyx pain due to an automobile accident a few years ago, and this chair does not cause me any discomfort in that area. (I was worried about this, since some reviews said that the chair caused coccyx pain. This is totally not the case for me.) The chair has wonderful lumbar support (I like it firm, but it can be adjusted to be softer) and I enjoy that I can lean back in the chair as well while still having my back supported. I find the cushioning in this chair to be plenty soft (some reviews say that it is too firm). It isn't like sitting on a pillow or anything, but it also isn't hard and it doesn't cause me any discomfort. Though I am petite, this chair is so adjustable that I am confident it would be a great fit for basically any person. If you're thinking about making an investment in your health and ergonomics, I would not hesitate to purchase this Leap V2 chair!

Best CS. One star for the chair
Purchased the chair exactly a year ago as a gift (my daughter, only user, around 135 lbs). A month or so ago the chair started to lean sideways, not a whole lot, but enough to feel it and urged us to call CS. The chair padding also was too squashed, not firm at all. We were told there was no possibility to adjust the lateral tilt. They were extremely nice, five stars, and sent a new chair. The new one starts to show the same problem and the seat padding is already squashed. Not acceptable for such an expensive chair. Not happy at all.

Comfortable chair but hardware issues
I like the chair and have had it for three months, It reminds me of office chairs at various offices I have worked at. It is comfortable for a typical 8 hours of sitting, with breaks. That is why I give it three stars. The reason why this is not a four or five star rating is the issues I have had with the hardware. Maybe I was just unlucky, but mine came with a host of hardware issues. The first item I noticed was that the stables holding the fabric at the back of the chair had come loose. Upon inspection, I don’t believe the staples were ever stapled to anything. Now the fabric on both sides hangs loose due to not being anchored in any way. The second thing I noticed was a screw that is under the seat fabric on the seat. This screw is fortunately located almost directly under the back id the chair, so it does not contact me to cause discomfort. The most recent issue is the shedding of random hardware. For example, a few times I noticed random screws laying under the chair. Today, I noticed a screw that appeared to have been sheared off halfway. I cannot figure out where these random screws are coming from. The chair seems to still be stable, so why is it shedding screws? Maybe there are several more screws under the covering that are shaking loose as it is used? Who knows. Summation: I didn’t expect a $500 chair from a named brand to shed hardware, but maybe you should. PS: I will update if I determine where the hardware has come from. I will also posed some pictures.

Good for back and posture
Received no instruction manual, and chair does not go up and down. I will as able to manually adjust to proper height with a screw driver, but that is less than ideal. Good for the back though

Just buy it already!
I had been debating getting a good ergonomic chair and spending all that money for over one year. This Leap chair is AMAZING, and I wish I bought it a long time ago! First, it arrived fully assembled in the box. Second, the adjustments are super easy to do, and everything is adjustable (lumbar, back firmness, seat height, back stop or recline, arms, back tension, and seat depth) - didn't realize how much I would appreciate or need the arm adjustments, and they don't slip out of position as is a common complaint with other chairs. Before the Leap chair, I often had back and shoulder pain. Now, I have used this chair for two weeks and sit at desk/computer typing for 6-8 hours with no pain anywhere. Comes in a variety of fun colors. Seat cushion is also comfortable. So far, I have absolutely no complaints. HIGHLY recommend this chair!

A great chair as expected (color was a little off, tho)
The Steelcase Leap v2 is a great chair. The armrests can be set really low (lower than my legs) meaning you can slide close to your desk without them interfering (a problem I've found that most consumer chairs have). After sitting in it at work for years I decided to get one for home. The chair arrived fully assembled. The listing photo led me to believe that the Licorice color was a dark gray but in real life it's basically black, but that's fine with me.
