I LOVE IT!!!!! This is just the perfect size for home use. I love the crisp look, the steam feature, and extremely easy to use! My stand will be here tomorrow, along with the starches, etc. No more taking them to the cleaners! WINNING

You get what you pay for with this one. Some people want cheap, others understand "value." I can't compare it to other options BUT I think the price point is right on with this. The construction is sturdy and the screen is easy to use and understand. The steam functions very well and the press quality is great. Nice and flat flats, sharp creases. I'm very happy to get through all my ironing way faster than with an iron and with better results than an iron could ever give me.

I unpacked the unit and opened it. There was white dust (like calcium from using water) on the pad under each of the steam outlets. The unit did not look like it had been returned, though. So I vacuumed up the dust, I plugged the unit in, filled the reservoir and let it heat. The heating temperature is in Celsius and there seems to be no way to change that. The unit beeps erratically with no explanation. Once it finished heating, I attempted to steam in Auto and Manual modes. It made noises like it was trying to steam and more white dust came out, but no steam. I tried for about an hour with no success. When packing the unit up to return it, I also discovered there is no way to empty the reservoir (the plastic reservoir does not come out), so if you plan to carry it somewhere or store it in an upright position, you risk having water leak out. There is a rubber plug that fits in the filler hole, but as I maneuvered it back into the box, I saw drips of water. When it is closed and put upright (horizontally) it is fine, but in any other position, water could run out. I wish it would have worked. The build quality seems sturdy, but with no steam, it is pointless.

Exceptional product. I use it every day. No failures, no issues.

Best investment I did.

I cannot even begin to praise this workhorse enough. It heats evenly, Never burns any of my clothes, has a steam function, and gets the job done quickly. It irons in one go, has a large surface area, and even multiple units at one go. Doing the ironing became a breeze. I highly recommend this.

If you like quality press’s pants it works good But, if you like a deep crease it does not work Casual pants look nice, blue jeans look okay It has saved money, so I don’t have to go to the dry cleaners Does great on curtains and sheets

I bought this steamer for the sole purpose of pressing pillow cases for our bed and breakfast. While the center third of the presser does a fine job, one end of the presser actually wrinkles the material. We've somewhat managed the problem by positioning the pillow case perpendicular to the pressing area whereby we are only using the center part of the presser. This is far short of the efficiency I hoped for. With this limited use of pressing area the results are ok, but certainly not as good as what we accomplish with our high powered steam iron purchased for $250.00. For $475 we expected much better results. I tried pressing a few pieces of clothing. Again the results were far less impressive that using a hand held iron.
