I Wouldn’t Try Anything Else!
In May, I started having early-morning awakenings as a result of depression. I remembered my mom taking melatonin before bed, so I thought I would look into it. That’s when I found these! I needed something strong, and this is the only brand I’ve seen that has 15mg of melatonin per tablet. Other brands have ~5mg, which I knew wouldn’t have an effect on me. I’m glad I found these! The tablets melt on your tongue, they’re not gritty, the taste is pleasant, and there’s no bad aftertaste! It takes me about 30 minutes to get ready for bed, so I take one of these tablets before then. While these melatonin tablets haven’t stopped the early-morning awakenings, they help me to fall back asleep more easily! My only thing against these is they’re not gluten-free, hence the four-star rating. (I didn’t realize this until I casually read the label one day.) I’m gluten-intolerant, but I can handle trace amounts of gluten. However, I have an aunt and cousin who are Celiac. So if you have Celiac, don’t buy this for yourself. Otherwise, I recommend giving these a try!

Awesome Product! First Melatonin that has Worked for me!!!
I’ve been struggling to rest of late. I thought “um-kay, making a change has some Merit!” I found this product on amazon, and the reviews looked good. The value is amazing vs other brands, I only had to take a few sheckles out of my bill fold! This product is fabulous. It dissolves so easily you barely even have to MAKE IT WET! Melatonin often doesn’t work for me, and leaves me with a terrible sleepy hang over, not so with this product. I’m REALLY impressed! I’ll be telling all my friends that I have very good news for me, I’ve found a Melatonin that works, and it actually tastes great! Where was this product when I used to travel all the time!? I could’ve definitely benefited from it with time zone changes, jet lag, etc. It’s definitely coming with muh wife and I the next time we travel!

Natures night Melatonin
It definitely helps me to fall asleep. Its worth a try and no prescribed medication. This brand has good quality products…and has Lived up to their name thus far.
