Konscious Keto Shake: MCT Oil, Avocado Oil, Whey Protein, Low-Carb High-Fat Keto Meal Supplement (Creamy Chocolate) (3-Pack)

The taste is awesome but whenever I would drink it within minutes I was feeling dizzy, faint & nauseous. I did try 4 times to see if it was something else but it seemed to only be when I took this with water only. I felt better within 30 -40 minutes but it was scary. So needless to say I have 1 full canister never opened and one that's 1/2 to 3/4 full.

This product upset my stomach. I never could drink the whole serving because I would get sick after a few sips. I'm not sure what is in this, but I do not recommend it for sensitive stomachs or someone who has IBS.

I've tried many different keto brands, and I can count the ones with good tasting product on 2 fingers :) I was pleased to find this shake manages to satisfy my hunger, and my sweet tooth which is difficult to accomplish on keto. Chocolate is my go to shake flavor, but most end up tasting fake or have a nasty artificial sweetened flavor. This chocolate is fantastic... very natural tasting, and reminiscent of hot cocoa. It's not the cheapest product, but i've found the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly does apply here! Enjoy!

I used this to replace breakfast. It tastes fine and makes up easily but it makes me feel very jittery, like it has caffeine in it....

I love the taste . Blends well with fruits .
