Yukon Fitness Shoulder Machine

1-Machine does exactly what it is meant to do. I use it mainly for medial deltoid raises (side lateral raises). I do not use shoulder press part of machine as I prefer to use free weights, but I experience extreme pain in elbows when doing side raises with dumbbells and this machine places the weight load above the elbow joint where as dumbbell raises place the weight load below elbow joint therefor I experience no elbow pain when using this machine - great investment.2- Very Easy to put together. All you need is two wrenches or ratchet.3- Product was received in excellent condition and ahead of estimated delivery date

The presses allow you to do forward and reverse, the side laterals are good but have a little awkwardness for me. Excellent for getting the shoulder work without the elbow pain.

this delt machine works great ! it makes for very strict movements ,in other words no cheating the lateral raise is tough when i first got it i put 25 pounds on it thinking this is nothing well it was heavy ! the only thing i wish was differnt is on the press if the lifting arms came out a little farther my left shoulder gives me pain ! but its a good delt machine . it came on time easy to assemble ! yukon makes great home gym equipment .

This is good value for a home gym. Easy to assemble and very smooth action.Arrived as promised in OK shape. The box was ripped in a couple of places and the paint was slightly chipped but nothing serious.
