Having experimented with varied flossing methods, I didn't really know what to expect with this one. My teeth are in tight contact and it's always been difficult to floss, as the material tends to shred and split during use. I have to say, I'm very pleased after using this product for the first time. It's a bit thicker, so I thought I may have difficulty, but that wasn't the case, at all - it was very easy to use and there was absolutely no shredding. The Candeillia wax coating has a pleasant taste and aids in the process. Packaging materials are all compostable. I like the glass container, as you can see exactly when the floss will need replacing. There are three rolls included, for a total of 99 yards. I will be reordering this charcoal floss in the future - it's a relief not to have to fight to efficiently clean my teeth...

So, you wouldn’t think dental floss needed reviews, but there was a really bad tasting floss sold by a national chain (even the “new improved taste was unusable), and I’ve had stuff that shreds between teeth before. Good news is, THIS STUFF IS GREAT! It tastes good, it cleans well, it doesn’t get stuck in my teeth, because it’s black you can see what’s coming out, and the container is cute, compact, and gives me joy. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and recommend it to anyone who likes glass containers, is concerned about reducing plastic consumption, or just wants a quality dental floss. I went from always forgetting to floss to being excited about.

Came in a very small package, nice and neat spools three total)which I believe will last quite a while easy container to cut the string on.. just glad I’m switching from plastic!

Works well, as I like the slight abrasion feeling like you get from unwaxed floss. I couldn't find any decent unwaxed floss for sale, and I'm environmentally conscious, so decided on this, and I'm happy with the purchase, it does however, have a tendency to break (I probably floss too hard though). I've never had to take out a second piece to finish flossing though, just pull out about 12 to 16 inches to begin with, and when it has broken its been near one end. I like the way it feels on my teeth, and there is no bad taste. It's a winner!

I cannot live without this floss, I never thought I’d be saying that about floss but it’s true. I saw something about the big brands floss being toxic so I set out to find something that’s not toxic for my family. I am sooo happy I found this product. It’s charcoal infused bamboo floss. It doesn’t rip or fray in my teeth. It literally grabs plaque and food particles that brushing or using the other guys floss doesn’t remove. You see all the gunk, it’s a good kind of disgusting though because you know it’s cleaning everything out. The peppermint oil flavor is also very refreshing and leaves me feeling clean for awhile. And the little glass bottle it comes with is cute, no plastic waste. I just love this floss.

Bought it for my mom. She loves the little container it's her favorite thing. The floss comes right out of the top and you can snap the string on the lid. She didn't notice any measurable difference in experience between this and the other organic floss I bought her. Yes, I would absolutely get her this again so she can have two dispensers.
