I weigh 180 and 5'5 should I get the large or xlarge?

I’m 170 and 5’5 and I got a Large. It feels slightly loose on the top (I’m a B cup). It fits perfectly everywhere else for me. Most of my weight is in my tummy & lower half. It covers everything great.

Is this difficult to put by yourself with the lace up in the back?

I found it very easy to put on. I didn't even unlace it. I just stepped into the suit and pulled it up. Very easy!
