Used this for a toddler with constipation problems. The instructions are not in English so that’s a bit weird but I did manage to find info about the product online. It worked as it says, but I think there are cheaper options if you go to pharmacy. The packet has 4 tubes only. I used half tube on toddler but for an adult it be one whole so if you thinking to use it often with I’m going issue, I’d probably look for some cheaper alternative.

Absolutely crap (no pun intended).
Useless waste of money. It did absolutely nothing for me! I ended up buying over the counter senna which worked fare better than the Microlax.
