Good product and quality. It does not cause my hair to fall out during and after hair dye is in place. My hair follicles have improved since using this product. The color is little darker than my normal hair color, yet my hairdresser seems to think it is better hair color on me than anything she's seen me with over the course of decade and half.

Smells a little funky.. but get past that and you have shiny smooth and long lasting color that takes only 15 minutes. The moussey texture makes no drips as you wait. The color payoff is great!

Excellent Natural Stuff without any side effects!!

Although I followed the instruction faithfully, underneath the bangs, sides, and hair near the nape were not colored. But the places where the dye took, they did not look too dark. I used Natural Brown on my blackish hair and they did not make me look raven. And I did not feel any discomfort or heat like some hair dye. So the hair dye seems to be of good quality. It is just my hair is too stubborn.

It is easy to use. I like that color I choose.

I love this product but why are you all no longer including the conditioning small envelopes ! I was buying it often enough to realize you are no longer including it in any of the hair dye boxes .
