I am new to this. i need a complete set up with a 50 feet hose. can you assemble it? or at lest direct me to what i need?

This is the cheapest way out just by a bare pump get yourself a piece of 1 inch threaded pipe that’ll go on the bottom of the pump get a piece of 10 gauge 2 wire that will power the pump by a roll of 1 inch hose and a 1 inch swivel and get an automatic nozzle that’ll be your best set up add a 1” in/out filter if you want

Does pump come with down tube?

Yes the pump comes with everything to put it on the tank.

Will this screw into a 55 gal oil drum, to pump diesel and is there anyway to lock it onto the tank ?

This is not recommended for a 55 gallon drum. This has a 2 inch bung.

Can I use this to pump E98?

I know this pump work good for gasoline, diesel and heating oil but for E98, I would consult with the pump manufacturer and see what they recommend.
