How can I connect this stove directly to home natural gas.

This stove is made for propane, LP gas not natural gas regulator and orifice for the burner would have to be changed.

Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the right knob to turn? It’s stuck after a few uses.

Depending on how you mounted it, you may need to put a longer screw (provided) in from the top to the lower surface. To test if this is what you need, push up from the bottom of the unit while trying to turn the knob. It solved my same issue.

Can you attach a 1 lb can ? If so what do I need?

A 1 lb propane cylinder regulator w/hose & 3/8” female flare fitting would be required. About $15-20.

Does the lid attach to the frame with hinges?
