Just pinch in the retaining tab, to get the little bar out of the wiper arm's little rectangular slot, pull old blade free of the arm's U-bend. New blade just snaps right in.

These were a perfect fit for a 2023 Toyota Sienna. They clean the windshield with no streaks, exactly as they should and I don’t notice any additional noise. Installation took about 3 minutes, and was a little tricky but not impossible.
