I changed to these from omega xl as my research shows this product performs better to help reducemy pain. Very low taste and odor.

After seeing a different product advertised on TV that was much more expensive, I came to Amazon to do some research and decided to try this product and am so impressed. I got these for my husband who suffers terrible flare-up's of sciatic nerve pain and also for myself as I have some moderate arthritis. Within a week of starting this product my husband noticed a big difference in his pain and it has continued to improve. It's not gone but he says it's 90% better. He is now able to sleep comfortably at night due to the reduction in pain. He got more relief after taking this product then he did from anti-inflammatory injections and prescription pain meds. For myself I've noticed a big decrease in my arthritis pain. We will definitely continue taking this product.

75 year old wife takes 2 a day. It may or may not help her aches and pains. She didn't see an obvious change, but possibly a small improvement.

Great item, I took twice the recommended dosage to start with, about a week.

I had been taking a competitor's product for many years, but those were getting quite expensive. I tried one month of this because it cost less. I'm sorry I did. Within a couple weeks of taking this product, an old shoulder injury started hurting when it hadn't hurt while I was taking the competitor's pills. I stopped taking this as soon as I received my new order of the competitor, and within a few days my shoulder wasn't hurting nearly as much and it's getting better. It takes a couple weeks to feel the benefits of the natural product. I'm going back to the competitor that I had been taking because they work for me!

Honestly I did not see any difference in my knee pain.

If I don’t take this wonderful product I can tell. I have joint pain just because I’m old and these really ease the discomfort. Easy to swallow. I recommend it!

I am a big short woman and walk with a cane or walker. I was unable to walk back and forth (200 feet each way) without incredible pain for days. I did not follow instructions as I was trying another brand earlier. So I started with 3 capsules in the morning and 3 at night for 3 weeks. then I slowing reduced intake by 1 from 6 total to 5 every 2 weeks, then 4. I have been hand turning over the soil out back for planting for several hours a day and while I ache a little , it is nothing compared to the incapacitating pain I suffered before.
