Samsung Galaxy Note 10+, 256GB, Aura Black - Fully Unlocked (Renewed)

I bought this phone about 10 months ago in excellent condition and it's my first galaxy note phone and it's by far the best phone ive ever owned. Came with no scratches or dings or defects of any kind other than if you press on the camera lens a lil it made a slight popping sound which wasn't a problem i mean who tf goes around pressing on their camera all day. I used it alot for gaming, a lil mobile gaming but mostly xbox cloud gaming with a ps4 controller with no problems. Been playing cod bo6 and forza horizon 5 on it mostly. Unfortunately i ran my phone over with a forklift about a month ago n broke my screen, i just did an insurance claim n got reimbursed n decided to upgrade to a note 20 ultra since it's the same price as this was when i originally bought it. I originally bought it for $356 before tax n it was worth every penny, i think it's going for $250 rn u can't beat that. BUT MAKE SURE YOU GET A VERY DURABLE CASE. The screen can hold up to alot but the back cover is pretty weak glass. I put it in a case when i bought it and i switched carriers like 3 weeks later i pulled the phone out of the case to change the sim and the back glass had several giant cracks n i don't even know how i did it i was still babying the phone at the time. Speaking of carriers i used this phone with straight talk and spectrum mobile with no problems. The screen has a bright beautiful picture and the colors are really vibrant. The phone feels solid and the all glass design has a pleasant feel to it. I liked having it out of the case but its glass and i know how i am with phones so i kept it in a case all the time. There's so many features to this phone i was still learning some all the time n i don't feellike listing them all but the one i learned today from the phone repair lady is that even though my screens broke n the touch doesnt work i can still control the phone n do everything like normal using the spen. That would've been great to know ive been controlling it with a ps4 controller for a month Hopefully the note 20 ultra is an upgrade and doesn't feel like a downgrade otherwise I'm coming back to the note 10+

Had this phone for about 2 years now and have never had a problem with it. Arrived with no damage at all, not even scratches or dents anywhere, it looked brand new. Battery life is good and came with a new pen.

I must admit I was scared to death to try this. My husband took his note 10 plus phone swimming and completely destroyed it to where even having it in rice for 2 days could not bring it back. This arrived early via FedEx in a protected box and bubble wrap. The only thing I did not like is the charger that was included is super slow and got so hot it while plugged in it made me nervous so we won't use that again. The phone had 0 charge out of the box. We did discover it was a Verizon phone in its past life and all of the old Verizon stuff was still on it. Since we have T Mobile we had to remove it. We did have to take it to T Mobile to have the sim card transferred since we are not tech savvy and then used the smart switch app to transfer contacts, photos and apps to the new phone since all of his were gone. The phone itself looks brand new, not a scratch or dent on it, and we are very pleased. We will never buy a new phone again after finding this option.

WHAT AN EXCELLENT PHONE! LIKE NEW CONDITION. VERY HAPPY i did got it. First time I've ever purchased a used phone. Best decision I've made. 2k for a phone is just plain MORONIC !!!

I wish I could give this phone less than one star. First of all, the phone arrived, the front screen is cracked at the bottom and the back of the phone is also cracked. It didn't affect the phone's operation, so I said I could live with it. I got in touch with my mobile carrier. Got the phone activated, but the coverage sucks and the phone keeps dropping from the Xfinity network. I called Xfinity to troubleshoot, and they said everything is good on their end. They had me reset the network, and the phone started working for about five minutes before dropping off the network again. I shouldn't have to reset the mobile network every time I want to make a call. I want to return the phone, but I know the seller is going to put up resistance due to the cracked screen. That should've been a dead giveaway that the phone is garbage. On top of that, the battery life sucks. Wi-fi calling is nowhere to be found in the setting (I even called Xfinity for help because I said at least I should be able to use Wi-Fi Calling until I can get another phone and the tech said he doesn't know what to do about that because the setting is not where it should be and a search of the setting pulls up nothing.

The phone is great, It beats buying a phone thru Verizon, this is my second refurbished phone thru Amazon. I will continue to purchase more phones from Amazon😃😃

Power button stopped working after 8 months. Seller blamed the power button on very small crack in screen. Seller wouldnt fix the phone

Recibí el pedido antes de lo programado, de hecho el envío fué muy rápido. El celular llegó en excelentes condiciones, a pesar de ser renovado no tiene detalles en la carcasa ni en la pantalla, se ve como nuevo, parece nuevo. Vamos a ver como me va en unos meses de uso, pero al momento todo va perfecto. Bueno, compré éste celular hace cerca de 2 1/2 meses y no tengo queja alguna. Estoy muy contento con mi compra. Algo que me ha gustado mucho de éste celular es la duración de su batería, bien cuidada me ha llegado a durar cerca de 2 días, normal 1 1/2 días. 25 de Noviembre del 2022: Éste celular salió muy bueno. La velocidad del procesador, la memoria RAM, la memoria ROM, todo excelente. La única contra que tendría que decir es que la batería empezó a bajar su rendimiento aproximadamente a los 8 meses de haberlo empezado a usar. No se si ésto sea normal, pero la batería me está empezando a durar cerca de 3/4 de día. Ya no lo cargo al 100% debido a que empecé a usar una aplicación (Accubattery) que me indica que lo cargue al 80% de su capacidad, y había funcionado y me duraba la bateria cerca del dia completo. Ahora drásticamente ha empezado a bajar su rendimiento, ignoro si es por la duración de la vida media de la bateria o las actualizaciones que hacen que dure menos. Con ésta experiencia que estoy teniendo, me pone a pensar si seguir comprando productos (renewed) ya que es la segunda vez que compro uno y la batería empieza a bajar su rendimiento en un tiempo relativamente corto.
