Honestly, I was apprehensive about ordering these after reading some of the reviews. They arrived today, and I'm not really sure why there were many bad reviews. These boots are great! They fit as any other boot does, order up if you are between sizes. I wear a 10 in most boots and a 9 or 9.5 in flats or other shoes which require no socks. Ordered a 10 and it's perfect! Very adjustable calf, I typically need a wide calf boot, but since you can adjust the laces it accommodates a wide calf. No problems w/ either zipper or anything else. They are NOT made cheaply, better quality than Target or most stores. The chains hardly make a noise. Maybe don't stomp through a library wearing them, but everywhere else would be fine. They just arrived today, so I cannot speak to the durability of them, only tested them in the house on carpet and tile. They have a good grip, not slippy at all. Cannot wait to wear these out!

I usually wear 8.5 / 9 in boots and I sized up to a 9. They are a full size too big if I wear thinner socks, just right if I wear thick socks. Extramely comfy, very sexy, with a pretty animal print lining 😀. Awesome deal for the price, can’t beat the side zip for comfort, and the quality is incredibly good for this price. Wish I got the size 8 (would’ve been perfect), but I can make up for the difference. These boots are a great buy!!

Nice lining. Can tighten laces, but still has zipper for easy on and off. Good tread. Almost like a hiking shoe. Has a bit of a heel, but not so much that you can't put and arch support in them. The time it takes to get them, and would be cool to be able to change out chains...but other than that I love these boots. I had another pair I wore for a couple years and I was so happy when I saw these available again. Fairly sturdy, have not had problem of scuffs as I have had in other shoes and boots. My other pair the heel started separating from, but after a couple years and under 50 bucks and lots of use...nothing lasts forever.

If youre on the fence about these boots, get them! They're extremely cute and worth the money. Buying cheaper boots can be sketch, but these are pretty decent quality. I have a wider calf, and they fit fine with the laces adjusted approriately. Perfect heel height and width so you still feel stable while walking.

I was worried about these boots fitting because i have a wide calf, but because they lace up all the way you can loosen them a bit!! i also have a wide foot so the actual shoe part does kind of squeeze my foot a bit and i’m sure if i wore them all day my feet would be dying, but luckily i only wear them a few hours at a time. very cute !!

I usually wear 9.5 so i buy 10 to give me the extra room, this shoe fits exact. But there are no bigger sizes. Will recommend purchasing a size up..

Love these boots! Haven’t worn them much yet so I can’t say how long they will last but they feel sturdy and well made. Soft material inside and “leather” has enough give to be comfortable and light.

I ordered a size 10, received a size 8. They were very thin and plastic looking. I requested to return and they were supposed to send a shipping label (you can't drop these off at an Amazon affiliate!). They never sent any label!! It's been over a week and I'm still waiting resolution. AVOID!!!!
