The mouth is nice and wide to get a bottle brush or ice cubes in it. It's super light weight too. At 16oz it's not too bulky but also holds a decent amount, larger than a standard plastic water bottle. There's a lock to keep the lid from getting bumped open but when unlocked it opens easily. Once opened the mouth is a great size and it has a nice lip on it to drink or to pour from. It's really got a lot of great features, it was really thoughtfully designed and it's definitely one of my go to tumblers because of it. My actual only very minor issue is that they've insisted on calling it a mug everywhere, and it has no handle. To me that is not a mug, and if you're expecting a handle it won't be there. It's a fantastic tumbler that is really well made and I'm confident it will last me many years. I know that Zojirushi products tend to be a bit more expensive than alternatives but I've always found extra value in the features and quality that makes it worthwhile.
