Barilla gf is tastier and legit- but this is the healthier choice. Great protein source.

These taste good and hold together well because of the xanthan gum. They don't fall apart so the texture is more like regular pasta.

Delicious high protein nice texture. Extremely expensive. Probably order again anyway but not as often as I would like.

Yummy! If you try them and don't like them, I would recommend just cooking them a little longer to get the desired texture. They are very good and filling :)

sorry if this is unfair. I guess the lack of gluten does make things fragile or it tends to anyway. can you boil these too long or leave them in the fridge too long with sauce on them they become a paste

This is just over one portion size. I ordered 2 packets and paid for two but only one was sent. The package was battered and old looing.
