Happy with the product
Good product in general, but there's a small chip under the bridge as in the 2nd photo. Though im happy with the quality, nice sounds, qualified wood, fast delivery.

Love at first everything!
I've been wanting a kalimba for years and finally took the plunge on this one. I'm stuck inside so I might as well do it now. Upon picking it up, I could tell it was well made. It has a nice weight and is very cleanly put together with a high glossy shine. The tines are solid and have a really clear sound, mine came nearly perfectly tuned! It included all the little tools needed and the carrying case is very solid with lots of padding for keeping the kalimba safe. I was able to start playing fairly easily with the notes engraved on the keys but it included stickers as well to help them be more visible. I also tested the pickup to make sure it was working. I used the included cable and adapters to plug the kalimba into my computer and it worked great, in the future when I've learned to play better I'll be able to record songs with my PC :D

Very, very nice! Read on...
I ordered this one after a set of two I'd ordered from another company and seller arrived but I was unhappy with the quality and the sound. I just couldn't get one of them right at all. Imagine my delight when this arrived, very nicely packed, and was not only beautiful physically, but had a very nice sound, even the very high notes were audible, although they are, expectedly, not as loud as the others. It was perfectly tuned. It is heavier than the one I previously ordered, and the case is very well made. I haven't tried the plug for a speaker as I have yet to get something, but I suspect it will sound superb judging by the way it sounds now. Really happy that I chose this one after many hours scouring all the ones available here on Amazon, and there are many! If you've not had good luck with some I'd suggest this one. It's a little more costly than the other one I had but this does have a nice case and speaker cords/plugs as well as better quality and sound. Very happy!
