FACTS...... It's lightweight & not cumbersome. It CAN BE hidden beneath your shirt ladies if the "dog tag" look isn't for you. It does have a protective coating that protects it from the elements as well as from your body (friction, natural body oils, ect.) The design is clear and vibrant which is VERY IMPORTANT if your choosing to use this for medical. It DOES HAVE a QR CODE on one side to make it universally easy for anyone to access your information quickly and efficiently. Price point was GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND as an alternative to my RoadID bracelet or to anyone who is new to the need of wearing some type of Med ID/Med Alert. Opinions...... I personally am a healthy person who does in fact successful lives with some challenging autoimmune diseases/disorders, med and anesthesia allergies that can "flare up" at times dispite my best efforts. Now I am blessed that most of mine are well maintained with the help of meds. However, when I am out in my community, or traveling I depend on my RoadID bracelet to "speak "for me in the event something happens & I'm unconscious or even if I were involved in an accident. 3mths ago I traveled to Europe and was unclear if my bracelet was a familiar tool to them This is how I came across THIS Medical dog tag that included the QR code making it incredibly unique and universally easy to access-understand and use. It made my trip sooo much more peaceful and easy to know I had this VERY important part taken care of. The best part is I can update it any time needed with out issue. I like it do much, I purchased more.... for my young adult son (18)to wear on his first trip without us who has life threatening med allergies & history of concussion syndrome. It gave up peace of mind as well as peace of mind to his friends parents if anything had happened. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 1000% !! It really does help keep everyone safe and give you peace of mind.

So this works well and is pretty easy to maintain and update your information. Just need to remember to update prescriptions, etc., as things change. A great safety feature for anyone who might not always be near friends and loved ones with a complete understanding of their conditions, medications, allergies, etc. One tiny thing - I wanted to put mine on a slightly more "substantial" chain, but the hole was a little too small. I had to drill it out a bit. The tag itself is definitely high-grade. Drilling into it took more than I thought, but definitely doable. I absolutely recommend this. Even beyond health conditions, I can see this being useful for the elderly who might wander off(?) It can store emergency contacts. At 63, I still remember how to get home, but you always see those Silver Alerts on the highway.

So I had a health emergency a while back. This would have been really good to have at the time. After speaking with my doctors and their urging of getting a medical ID I chose this. I love the fact this has a QR code and you can put so much information on it. I was able to scan medical papers that I need to carry with me on to this so this literally could be a lifesaver for me. It allows for a lot of detailed information if you so choose to put it on there. Can't say enough good things about it. It's also seems to be very durable as it's plastic coated. I highly recommend it

I purchased both this and the luggage tags for our trip to Italy recently. All seemed to work just fine. I was able to set up each with the right information pretty easily. However one small detail that has bugged me about the medical tag. The quality of the tag itself was very good. But the neck chain was surprisingly cheap in construction. Just a basic keychain, and it was short! You need to open it up to hang around your neck, and my original chain wouldn't close after a few days so I had to carry the tag in my pocket for almost the entire trip. I know it's fixable given needle nose pliers, but why should you have to? I was able to contact customer service upon return, and they were very good, supplied a replacement chain. But my suggested solution would be a longer chain that you can slip over your head without stressing the connection that would bend the catch eventually. Just stepping up the chain in quality and length would solve the problem immediately. I wouldn't mind paying a few extra dollars for the product if you could just upgrade the chain. Otherwise, don't leave home without it!

Must have for anyone with disabilities. I am visually alarming to look out in public and most people think I’m on drugs because I have PNES seizures and Tourette’s. This necklace helps others immediately understand I’m disabled and it has greatly improved my life in that aspect.

So happy with this. Only took a few minutes to enter all my information which I thought was going to be overwhelming. Eight medications implants, heart conditions, doctors names all made very easy. can never remember. What's what when I go to the doctors. Also took a picture of it, sent it to my children in case they need to answer any questions on my medical conditions.

This I highly recommend for everyone.. Has a spot for emergency contact. Has location tracking incase of emergency. Has a spot for all medical information including type of medication

Great idea as can upload lots of useful information on the tag. I have several medical conditions and have them listed along with medication and other needed information.
