Glenor Co Watch Box for Men - 12 Slot Luxury Carbon Fiber Design Display Case, Large Holder, Metal Buckle - Black

I purchased this for myself, hoping it would work OK for women's watches. Although the same company does make boxes for women, they have a solid top and a magnetic clasp. I wanted a glass top for my solar watches, and did not want anything magnetic because I have an old automatic watch as well. I was really impressed when I received it. The watch case seems sturdy and well made, and my husband was impressed with the type of hinge used. The fake leather exterior has a nice textured pattern to it, and the pillows are soft enough to compress a bit. It looks very elegant. It comes nicely packed in an attractive cardboard box that has a fold-down flap so you can easily remove the watch case, and even has a blank gift card enclosed. This would truly make a nice gift for anyone with a collection of watches. It looks like it costs a lot more than it does. There is no lock, but I don't really see the point of a lock anyway. If someone wants to steal a watch, they'll just take the whole case. A lock might help secure the box if you are traveling with it and don't want it to open up accidentally, but you could just put it back in the nice cardboard box if that's an issue. The boxes that do have locks seem to have problems with the lock not functioning and/or being difficult to open, so I'm just as happy without one. As expected, the pillows are designed for men's watches, so are a little too large for average ladies' watches if you want to close the watches around the pillows. The circumference of the pillows is 7.5", and can compress down to about 7". I attached photos of how several of my watches work with the pillows. I was able to fasten watches with a leather strap at the loosest notch. For watches with clasps that loosen but don't open flat, I was able to just leave the clasp open. For those that open flat, I just draped the watch over the pillow and tucked the ends down the edges. I have two watches with stretch bands. One is a bit loose on me, and fit pretty well over the pillow without too much of a stretch. The other is quite snug on my wrist (I have a small wrist, under 6"), and although it did fit over the pillow, I didn't want to store the watch with that much stress on the band. I decided to remove one of the pillows and just place the watch loose in the cubicle. I may make a small-sized pillow for it, but this will work for now.

My watch storage was getting sloppy. I had watches on the my end table, my kitchen table, coffee table, even on my closed laptop at times. I already had a 12 storage watch case that was full and got tired of swapping watches in and out of it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a watch case, so I got this affordable case. I actually used my Amazon points and paid $0. I must say the case looks good and appears to be well made. It is very satisfactory for me, as all I want to do is keep my watches sorted and covered. This case fits my Apple watch Ultra which has a very bulky case on it. My (2) 51mm Fenix's and (2) 51mm Garmin Epix. Pro (side by side) and they don't touch. All of my 53mm-56mm G-Shocks and the behemoth G-Shock GXW56-1A with a bumper protector attached. All of the watches fit well, don't touch and the lid does not come into contact with the top of the watches when it's closed. I foresee this case lasting for quite a while and recommend it. Affordable and stylish. Update 11/1/23. As my G -Shock craving grew I got the 24 slot case because it’s a fantastic, well made watch case at a great price.

My husband started collecting watches a while back and there came a point in time where we just didn't have anywhere nice left to put them all. I bought this for him and he loved it so much that I bought another. He has some very large watches like a Nixon Passport @ 49mm and an Invicta Ocean Voyage @ 52mm and they fit nicely in the slots. If you put two very large faced watches next to each other you are going to have to adjust them a tiny bit so one is slightly higher up on the holder than the other so the watches aren't able to rub against each other, but with 24 slots that really shouldn't be much of an issue. This watch box is elegant, understated, high quality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering buying something of this nature. The only problem I had was with the way Amazon packed the first one. The manufacturers box that the case comes in is nice and sturdy but Amazon put it and two small items into one large shipping box with no padding. No bubble wrap, no tissue paper, nothing - there was literally nothing to protect this $70 glass topped watch box from flying around the shipping package. When I picked up the shipping box I could hear the actual watch box flip over inside. Then when I opened the watch box I was sure that the glass top would have broken but no - Glenor had made sure to pad the glass top for shipping and the item was still in perfect condition despite Amazon's best efforts. The second one arrived surrounded by bubble wrap and was also in perfect condition. PS - Go to the pawn shops when you're looking at/for watches. You never know what you're going to find and if you buy 2+ items you can get a better deal. It's amazing what a good cleaning and a new band can do!!

This box is very attractive and well made. The individual slots are generous in size, but for some this might suggest the need for some slight modification. In May of 2021 Lorenzo Delillo recommended inserting foam strips into the slots to make the fit of the watches a bit more snug. He suggested 1”wide x 3/8”thick black foam insulation, cut into 2” lengths to be inserted into each end of the slots. I have done something similar but with stripping less wide—1/2” x 3/8”. The more narrow strips can be placed further from the top of the slots, thus less visible. I made a jig out of wood ¾” thick, 1 ¾” long that I place into the end of a slot. Then I position the foam strip against the slot wall at the top of the jig. Next I press the adhesive back of the foam against the wall, remove the jig, and repeat at the other end of the slot. If you pre-cut a bunch of foam pieces, the process goes very fast, moving the jig from slot to slot and putting two pieces in each. You may elect to put foam in one end only, or leave it out of some slots entirely, depending on the thickness of some watchbands or if you want to use an empty slot in some other way. The foam strips can be removed and moved around easily. Keep a few extra pre-cut strips for possible future modification of slots you might have left undone during the initial installation. For me, the addition of the foam has added flexibility in using the box. It seats the watches more securely, and makes those in the top tray sit up straight, thus looking neater through the glass. Others of my slots have been modified or left alone as needed. Your needs will vary, but in this way you can personalize your box however your collection requires. I have purchased 2 watch boxes from them. A 12 watch box over a year ago and now a 24 watch box. Both have been excellent quality! I was surprised how nice they are since the price is very reasonable compared to others. I would highly recommend!

PLEASE READ!! Cannot give Five Stars because of an obvious design flaw, but there is an inexpensive solution to fix it. For the price, this box is very well put together and handsome. The MAJOR problem with this box is that there is a sizable gap on the top and bottom of each slot once the pads are inserted. I have several steel luxury watches that kept flopping around in the box as they would not snugly fit into place. My inexpensive solution was to purchase from Amazon a roll of black foam stripping with an adhesive back, 1" x 3/8", which I cut into 2" strips (See Photo). I inserted a strip on the top and bottom of each slot and the solution worked PERFECTLY. Now, all of my watches fit snugly, but not tightly, into each slot. It's important that the strip thickness is 3/8", as 1/2" would make the watches fit way too tightly and you would have to jam them into the slots. It's silly that the manufacturer missed this flaw in quality control, and I was considering changing to a more expensive Wolf box, but this solution fixed it perfectly. A MUST DIY if you currently own or are considering buying this box.

I got this case after purchasing and returning another $45 dollar case and returning it and WOW.. When I picked this thing up from the parcel, I was thinking how heavy it was. I got it home and unpackaged it and was very impressed with the packaging alone, very sturdy and well made. I opened the main box and literally was thinking the must have sent me the wrong item for the price! I found a card in an envelope thanking me for the purchase and found that to be amazing as it was made out of quality materials and was a very nice thing to find. When I removed all the packing around the case (very well packed), I was still wide eyed open at the quality of the case, the materials and the glass top.. The watch pillows are a supple leather type material, which is very nice! I load it down with 15 watches and it's beautiful! Very high end construction, materials and what can I say, I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend buying this case for your precious watches! Also, I was a bit concerned as I have a few 52mm divers and found that they fit in the lower drawer with no obstructions, but in the top they made contact with the glass top, which is fine, but if you have a lot of larger watches just know that. Overall I'm 100% completely satisfied and very impressed with everything about this case and would recommend it to anyone looking!

This is a beautiful and elegant time piece display case. Importantly, it can accommodate consecutive placement of 52mm size. 5 STARS !

This watch box looks good & is well made, both inside & out. I like this watch box so much that I now own 3 of them. Yes, I realise I may have a problem! Before buying this box, I considered many others, most of which had a wood finish. I think that unless you are going to spend a great deal of money on a watch box, any wooden boxes would be made of laminated wood & therefore look a bit naff. A wood finish also puts the joints on display & I don't think the standard of joinery from your typical Chinese factory is going to be something you would want to look at. This box is covered with a subtle matte carbon effect vinyl fabric & I think it looks quite classy. There is no problem with the stitching on any of my 3 boxes & they have all arrived packaged very well & undamaged. The watch cushions inside the box are all well made & fit in the slots well, not too loose, or too tight. The hinges are strong & show no signs of wear after several years of use. Highly recommended!

Great product, I'll throw away all my cheap chineese boxes and replace them with this. The glass distance is ok not touching thw watches, the compartments size is ok - watches don't touch each other. The materials don't feel cheap at all and build quality is strong.
