Excellent comfort and support, relieving stress on the tailbone, if you sit on it properly. The gap is supposed to be UNDER your tailbone, not to the front. I realize it's counterintuitive, because the logo is backwards on the product, but that opening is designed to prevent any pressure on your tender tailbone, by elevating your posterior. If you don't need tailbone relief, you can turn it the other way, sure. Very washable, cleaning the zip-off cover in a gentle cycle, let it air dry and it comes out great. Highly recommend for dialysis patients, who must remain seated for 4 hours. I've had one of these for years, but bought another for my couch, and they retain their shape, remain thick and look great!

This ComfiLife Extra Large Gel & Memory Foam seat cushion is one of the most comfortable I’ve bought yet! I use it at home, in the car and when I’m visiting the outdoors in sometimes uncomfortable seating areas. This cushion alleviates the pain I have with my lower back pain. I would highly recommend.

They feel great, very comfortable and it does feel like they are helping with the issue I am having. I cannot say the are helping fix the problem just do not have as much pain as before but still have some.

I've tried every cushion on the market for my scoliosis and spinal stenosis problems. And I returned all of them, except for this one. I'm so glad I didn't give up and tried this cushion. It's truly been a game changer and has brought me so much relief from pain. This cushion changed everything and brought such better quality to my life. I love it so much I bought two more so I'd have one for the house, car, and for taking into places where I have to sit for any time at all. It's the perfect size, shape, and weight. Extremely durable and holds its shape and thickness even after a couple of years of constant use. And the cover is washable. If you're considering this cushion, all I can say is take a chance and BUY IT.

I have very mixed feelings about this cushion. The top is nice and smooth. Comfortable to sit on... but as time goes by it sort of squishes where the notch part is and the underside rolls up and it has very prominent little hard plastic bumps that are supposed to prevent sliding but actually poke me and hurt. Also, there are two huge stupid tags that will need to be cut off too. Why do all these cushions have these bumps on the bottom. Just what are people doing with them that require bumps to keep them in place? Should simply sitting on it accomplish the same thing? They're not being used on ice. I don't see them sliding around. I'd give this 5 stars if the bottom side was smooth without those bumps.

This seat cushion is soft, supportive, and very comfortable to sit on for long periods. The memory foam provides great support, and the gel layer helps keep it cool. It fits well on my office chair and has made sitting much more comfortable. Great quality and definitely worth it!

This cushion is excellent. It has helped greatly especially since I was diagnosed with sciatica. I am beginning to fell better and this cushion is also aiding in my recovery

Seat cushion provide good support for long hours of use & relieves tailbone pain. A bit pricey though.
