Everyone should have one of these! I was able to jump my car when my battery died due to the extreme cold over the winter. Compact and easy to use. Much more reliable than depending on a stranger or waiting for someone to come jump your car.

I've had this for a couple years. Worked well on my car and also on my riding lawn mower. Works so well I got my sister one and she loved it. She found it easy to use and it saved her a few times.

Longevity remains to be seen as I've only had this about a week, but so far its been stellar. My FJR1300 was having some battery issues so I wanted something compact and durable I could keep in the panniers. Picked this up, and it's been working great. Charged quickly and easily, started up my bike multiple times without needing a recharge, and just feels well made. The flashlight has also been useful, and its nice to have the flashing if I ever get stranded roadside. The only two minor gripes I have that bump it to 4 is that the carry bag really needs a drawstring toggle to keep it closed, a few times the jump pack had slid out in transit, and secondly though the flashlight is very useful I wish it didnt look like headlights 100yds away, from 10yds away. Especially as a biker, I dont want to give the impression that I'm both a car and way further away than I really am if I'm using the light on the roadside. If neither of those bother you, then I'd recommend it. I also had reached out to NOCO about some of their other products and they were responsive and helpful, so it's good to know there's actual company backing behind the product, its not just repackaged dropshipped garbage.

Purchased in 2021 and still going strong. Bought a higher version in 2025 for a family member. Pros: Holds a charge for a long time, has been used on several occasions, and doesn't require immediate recharging. The included clamps are compact and rugged. It starts engines far bigger than recommended, though slowly (powerful enough for small engines). The safety features and ease of use are appreciated. Cons: The charging speed for phones is slow. The included bag is flimsy. I'm a proud owner for years, I bought the next model up to start larger engines. I've helped other drivers with off-brand jump starters that are bulkier on several occasions. This relatively compact model has surprised me firing up diesel engines larger than it's rated. A must-have for every driver, and cheap enough to justify.

I have bought three of the GB20 devices over the last seven years or so. All have been helpful, usually for other people and occasionally for myself. One a friend borrowed and lost. The other two continue to serve well. While I recharge the devices once a quarter, they still have plenty of charge before I do. I would buy another, but in my Alfa Romeo 164 the positive post and the ground point are too far apart for the supplied cables to reach. There is no option for longer cables.

I left the keys in my 2010 Corolla in the acc position for two days. I went to go to an appointment in the pouring rain, turned ignition key and battery was drained- nothing, not even a click. I was home alone, no one to give me a jump. I remembered the Noco GB20 was plugged in in my garage. Hooked it to my car battery... started right up! I used it again after my appt until my battery recharged. GB20 definitely saved me!

C'est un appareil vraiment excellent et qui rend bien service. Pouvant être chargé par usb, avec une autonomie de 10 démarrages, je recommande vivement.
