Best product available online for this price.Use coco powder and vermicompost before spreading the seeds.Then use ascophyllum nodosum granules(BIOVITA) every 6 weeks.Remove perennial ryegrass rhizomes and till the soil after deweeding to prepare a solid soil bed.Only then it will grow.remember to keep the temperature (daytime) to minimum 26 degree (march to april).goodluck with ur lawn.

Amazing! In just 3 days all the seeds germinated. I used other variety of grasses alongwith Bermuda grass but they didn't germinate. I'm happy to see a lush green lawn in a week's time. Unbelievable! Undoubtedly, the seeds are of the best quality available at so low price. Thanks.

Important Point:1) This does not look like indian grass, it more looks like wheat grass. But it looks good you cannot reject it because of its look.2) This does not spread unlike other grass. Which means if you are trying to put this on a larger area you might endup buying lot of seeds otherwise density will be less and it won't give you that look. This is most important point of all I am mentioning here.3) You can see grass in 5-8 days, However after 15 days you will see good growth.4) seed quality is good.5) This grows vertically with no connection with horizontal space. Usually grass grows and spread but this will just grow and keep on growing. Which also means it would require cutting.5) Good mud is good enough do not but other composit or other stuff.Happy Gardening.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. THIS IS NOT BERMUDA GRASS SEEDS. This is called false advertising and this company deserves all the negativity they can get for deceiving their customers. They live off of tricking people who have never seen bermuda grass in real life.I have planted and cut bermuda grass for close to 20 years. Farm Seeds is the worst company on Amazon

Quick and High rate of germination. Grow faster with regular trimming.

I purchased the 5kg pack to create a lawn in the area of 4000 SQFT, I prepared 6 inches bedding with loose soil applied compost layer on 1-2 mm.Seed germination rate was 50% at best, seeds started germinating from 3rd day onward, initially grass look very thin but after 2 months it looked decently thick, however when I let people walk in the lawn, even after 2 months, I noticed that grass is dying on stepping on it, which means this grass cannot tolerate walking over it, it breaks from the stem and die easily, it is good for decoration but not practical in my case.Also notes it needs lot of water, you need to water it every alternate day. temperature here is 25-38 degree Celsius.Update: this is not grass for lawn, it is wild grass usually found in river shore, probably useful as green pasture for animals.

This is a great product and am also a fan of Farm Seeds brand. Almost all the area that i seeded germinated. 80-90% of seeds germinated. It germinated with in a week on shaded areas and took a week or so in the direct sunlit areas. It all may depends on your soil quality and pre and post seeding procedures. It worked well for me, so i bought 2 bags 1st and i ordered another 4 more bags later. I had around 12,000sqft to reseed and was left with 1bag and half for future use.
