I'm 5'2'', ~106 lbs and usually wear XS or S, and the S fits very well. The length is perfect imo, the bottom of the nightgown reaching just a few inches above my ankle. As stated in the product description, there are two layers to the nightgown, the first being a warm, soft slip that covers the torso and cuts off just a little above the lace at the bottom of the nightgown. The sleeves are the only things that don't have the inner layer, so they are sheer.I've owned and washed the nightgown for a few months now, albeit in a safety washer bag, and it hasn't ripped and the lace is not falling apart. My one complaint, although it isn't very substantial, is that the cuffs at the end of the sleeves can feel a little tight at times and sometimes leave a mark on my skin, but it's rarely an issue.
