It also charges in a USB plug to the mains which is good!It's made of a rubbery material which makes it really comfortable and soft around your arm unlike some watches that feel cold and stiff.I chose the blue band and really like the colour.The buckle is a really simple buckle and easy to put the watch on yourself. I've had watches in the past which are hard to do one handed but this is really easy!The watch face is round and works as a mirror while not showing the time/ data so it's perfect for checking your eyeliner is perfect! 😉You download an app on your phone to track all your details and it takes your weight and height and gives you a targeted step count which I liked the idea of! You just turn your Bluetooth on and the watch will too and connect them together.Overall, I am really happy with this watch and the different things you do and track with it. I feel it is very accurate and well worth buying if you're trying to become healthier and have a step target!It is just the thing I need to inspire me to walk more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing! *by S***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2017* I can't express how impressed I am with this. It's simple to use but very effective. Having an illness it's helped so much to be able to monitor my activities and health more closely. It was delivered very quickly, well packaged to avoid breakages in transit which is always a positive start for me. It's comfortable, it doesn't look ugly. In fact my partner and boys have been desperate to borrow it! I don't think you'd go wrong with this fitness watch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My thoughts *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 April 2017* I needed a watch and thought it would be a good idea to get one with pedometer and, having to monitor my blood pressure regularly thought this watch was an ideal purchase.Watch arrived within 2 days but needed to be charged before use - once charged it displayed the wrong time and there seemed no way to adjust it - the instruction booklet contains no set-up information other than instruction to install app on your phone.Installation required you to scan a bar code - which required a scanning app on your phone - easily downloaded and, in fairness, once the phone app was installed and run the time set itself automatically.Without instructions it was a bit of 'trial & error' but I eventually managed to set my profile data ( name, gender, height, weight).Scrolling through the various functions I could display time & date ( one general moan - with all the software capabilities why can't watch suppliers give an option to display date as day,month,year rather than month,day,year), steps taken, distance walked and calories used.After moving the watch around on my wrist was able to detect heart (pulse) rate but not able to enable blood pressure monitoring without using 'phone app to manually start test ( maybe my misunderstanding but I assumed this would be automatically monitored) - anyway, I have blood pressure monitor and compared the readings on the watch to the other device - heart rate was close, watch showed 62 bpm, monitor showed 56 - but blood pressure way off watch showed 102/70 - monitor 145/84.
