A: Depending on what you're making. For dishes like Oyako-don or Gyudon, I'd say 500 mL per pack (that's like 2 cups). But for miso soup, i'd go with 3

A: I don't know it there is a technical answer to your question.  The best thing to do is to maintain the product in your freezer as soon as you open the bag.  Take out the tee bags from the freezer as needed.

**Q: All of the instructions are in Japanese so can anyone help me out?**
A: Boil the amount of water you need (the bag suggests 400_500ml, but I have done more then that before) place the bag in and let simmer for about 5 mins, then take the bag out and enjoy.
