Colors were true to the photo. And the material while cotton was actually very soft. At 5' 1'' it dropped right at my ankles to my surprise. Which worked out great to get a pedicure.The belt is not what is pictured. It is a single strip that is long enough to wrap around yourself a couple times to get the effect in the photo if worn loosely. However. For women with a chest greater than 35 inches I would say the top portion above the belt will not be loose as your breasts will fill the whole space and the belt tuck right below like an empire dress.

This is the best dress I have ever purchased. I am beyond excited to wear it. Ordering the other color today. I am 5'5" 157 lbs and the dress is slightly long but I dont mind carrying it in my fingers while walking. The colors are very vibrant and I feel beautiful in it.
