Does this restrict your exhale breath as well? Title says inspiratory/expiratory nspiratory/expiratory but their description only talks about inhaling

It does have the potential to restrict ease of exhalation so that is ‘trained’ too. I find this a very helpful exerciser for improving my breath strength for brass playing.
