do you have a manual in english? the one with my order is in chinese. do you sell the needles? non are with it.

I had to buy the needle separately, just type in ez injector needle. It should come up on amazon. It will be a nine needle piece. As far as the manual goes I contacted the EZ injector people who sold me the unit and they sent me an e-book in English. Hope this answers your questions. Good luck!

The list says one 5 needle head and one 9 needle head..is this true or not

No 9 needle just one 5 needle and one syringe

Does this come with 9 needle head? what is the range of depth the needles go? can you purchase extra cartridges? can it be used with single needles? w

Hello, thanks for your question. This product itself comes with 5 needles, but we have an additional 9 needles to buy, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082KWFV79?ref=myi_title_dp. The length of the needle is 1.5 mm and can be used with a single needle.

Where do you buy new syringes? Can’t find them on Amazon.

I would recommend that you reach out to the person that was selling this on Amazon. I I purchased some is single syringes but was not able to get them in California so I had to Google it.
