How many noodles in a box

So many, so so many, a nest of noodles weighs 90g. I just weighed one especially for you. The box is 9kg so would work out at 100 individual nests if my maths is correct. I hope this helps. And I hope you like noodles. I thought I did. Now I'm sick of them. All the best. Phil x

how long do these noodles last and best place to store?

I store in a cupboard and have used them nearly two years later as long as kept dry. Over year shelf life.

Are these noodles suitable for vegans? There’s no ingredients list

Yes all the Lucky Boat noodles are suitable for vegans containing no egg. Although they contain no egg I would suggest are better than the Egg Noodles you can get. Egg is used in such a low % you cannot taste or tell it contains egg. These noodles are what Chinese Restaurants and Takeaways will use.

They don't contain any egg :) WHEAT Flour, Salt, Natural Colour, (Mixed Carotenes and Paprika), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Citric Acid).
