Is this so shiny that it looks cheap (of plastic, as opposed to frosted glass)?

How long can I use it? Can it be reused?

HI, this has been on the window since I bought it. I cut it to size but you can also take it down if necessary and reuse this. It is a plastic film sheet that will adhere to any window time and time again. I'm very pleased with mine.

Can you put this on outside of glass

If you really wanted to but inside is what its for. You will struggle to get the air bubbles out as the fristing is textured so gets dragged & stretched trying to work them out
