Colors are exactly as they appear online. The shoe was impossible to get on without unlatching all three straps. I have a long narrow foot but couldn't get it through the small opening. Once on, the shoe had plenty of room. Arch support is moderate and the ball of the foot feels thin. The soles are very slippery on carpet but will probably improve with wear. I chose to go with a similar shoe in a lace up by Staci Adams. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Sent Wrong Size, but Great Shoe *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2019* The shoes look very nice, but the company apparently ran out of my size, so they gave me a size up without notifying me first. They did include inserts to make the shoe smaller, but it still doesn’t fit as well as the smaller size would have. I really wish they had notified me, so I could’ve told them to size down instead of up.
