Tarnish and not lifetime for every day use
Love the chain, but very disappointed that it doesn't go over my head as I measured my old chain and now I have to reorder 24 inch but I love the necklace and the company's customer service was ok. a bit disappointing also because they were very short about my dilemma. UPDATE GOT the 22 inch chain and after 2 years of wearing it everyday I finally decided that it would not stay clean ,tarnished and will never come clean, I am ver disappointed in this. It started after about 1 year of wearing it, after cleaning it every week with their cloth, then trying other cleaners and kept getting worse finally caused breakout on my neck. I don't have the warranty and no idea how to return, I'm hesitating on purchasing anything else from them . Please help!

Turned neck green
Purchased as a gift. I was advised today it turned the recipient's neck green. Can not return as the return window was in April.

You get what you pay for...
The chain was beautiful and shinny and very sturdy. I purchased it to wear a medal on and wanted to wear it as an everyday chain. After a month and a half of constant wear I find the chain to still be very sturdy, however, it is loosing its luster. I have not cleaned the chain with any solutions, however, I do shower with it on. I too have had issues with it grabbing and pulling my hair out. Again, if you need a chain for everyday wear, I do not believe this is sufficient. Perhaps, to wear for a night out here and there would probably be better... I will be contacting the warranty department as I am not completely satisfied with the product.
