These people are great to work with. The first board got lost in shipping. The second one arrived as promised. Love this board, big enough to span double sinks, and strong enought to chop veggies. That added 30% more counter space in the kitchen. Money well spent

exactly as I expected. manufacturer should route out the drain area wider. no cost to them, better if wider for juices. make the area twice as wide.

I have owned and used this board daily for the last 3 weeks. The first thing I noticed about the board is that it is rather large. The 20" x 15” size is too big to fit in my dishwasher, but I usually wash by hand, so that was not a big deal. If dish-washing is important to you, you should check the size of your washer before selecting the size to order.The second thing was that it was a little slippery on my hard counter top. I immediately searched for possible solutions/accessories, and none of them seemed just right. However, I am happy to share a solution that has made this board a semi-permanent fixture on my counter top!As an avid bicyclist, I have a collection of extra parts that I am able to collect from the various cycling stores that I frequent. The ideal material for this application is silicone rubber, and I wondered whether a slice of mountain bike handlebar grip would do the trick. It worked great on the first try!I cut four ~1/2” (12 mm) slices from one grip using the blade-heal of my chef’s knife (see photo). The handle bar grips are about 1 ¼ “ (30 mm) diameter. These compression cuts don’t make perfectly flat rings, but it doesn’t matter – the material is so soft that it complies easily under the weight of the board. For this board size (20” x 18”), I found the ideal position for the support rings was ~ 3” (~ 75 mm) diagonally inward from the corners. No gluing or attachment required.Here are some the nice things about the setup:1. The board feels nicely sprung but does not sag.2. The board feels very snug on the counter, but can be removed or flipped instantly while the support rings stay in place on the counter top. You could use the grooved side for juicy roasts and the flat side for fruits and vegetables.3. The board and counter top have a nice airspace underneath for drying.4. All parts are easily cleaned and do not absorb microorganisms.Generally speaking, a white plastic board is not as attractive as nice wooden board, but I have to say, it is much more practical. It does scar slightly with regular use, but white plastic is less likely to show these scars than colored plastic. I also like the fact that while it can stain temporarily with darkly- colored seasoning and juices, I have been able to clean it quickly with a short scrub of dish detergent or a paste of baking soda. When cleaning, I don’t have to worry about the penetration of chemicals that could damage wooden boards if left too long, and certainly, no re-oiling is required. Unlike the thin plastic sheets that curl slightly and always seem like they should be put away after use, I can keep my white board on the counter after cleaning, dry or moist. I have read that when using thin plastic sheets over a hard surface, your knives’ edges may suffer. I have not observed any unusual dulling of my knives using the 1/2'” thick HDPE board.Being only slightly elevated, it is fine as a work surface for anything that is not too hot, which is why at the moment, it is staying right beside my sink!A warning about the handlebar grip material if you choose to order online – there are certain variants that would not work well. Some grips have solid polypropylene liner that would neither cut as easily nor grip as well. There are also some grips that are made of dense foam, which would cut easily, but would be less sticky, might compress, and certainly would allow bacteria to penetrate. Seriously, I can't understand how I didn't have this decades ago. I do wish it had feet or something similar to hold it down better on granite. It can slide a bit.

Replaced an older cutting board, exactly what I needed

Nice cutting board but there is a brown speck molded into the surface that won't wash off. I'll put many more marks on it during use but at least I'll know where they came from. My biggest concern is whether it will hold up in the dishwasher (i.e., not warp).

Hubby ordered this to cut and season food for the grill. He really loves it. The lip really does prevent dripping on the counter. It's easy to clean and put away.

Two 18x12 cutting boards were purchased for residential home use. They've been used ~75 times, using a residential dishwasher to clean. I received them in early September 2022 (delivered between September 8-2).During the week of December 12, 2022, I noted one was beginning to warp, badly enough that it is no longer stable when on a flat surface. Hoping that the 90 day window was flexible enough to accommodate one extra week, I contacted the seller for a resolution. Any resolution was denied.Please think twice before spending your money on these cutting boards. They look like their professional counterparts, but they do not hold up in longevity and you will end up like me, shelling out more money for cheaply made products, only to have to replace them in four months.
