New Falcon Enamel Round Roaster Cream with Red Trim 20cm

I've never found anything better than these enamel dishes, they've been on sale for decades. I'm on my fourth lot now and they last for years. They do wonderful braising steak, exceptional fruit crumbles and, once too worn to cook in, great nail containers in the tool shed.

Well what can I say? This roaster is brilliant. People saying that it is small, well I got 8 lamb chops inside the roaster (20cm) I also put some broccoli and carrots in with the chops. I then crumpled some lamb oxo over the Lamb chops, with a little mint sauce. I did not need to add any water as the roaster creates its own juices. The lamb was beautiful, lovely and tender. The family loved the way that it cooked the meat. Not sure if a chicken would fit, but a spatchcock one would and other chicken cuts. I have also cooked belly pork and steak, each time comes out lovely and tender. Highly recommend this roaster.

As I bought this for a Xmas present, seems ok

Bought this for my mum, I have one myself, and find it nice and light. It does a small meal for four, or a very large meal for two. We use it for stew or casserole. It even fits eight dumplings on the top. Wouldn't be without it. It's also good for shepherds pie or a fruit crumble. Very pleased.

Good quality , it’s the same as the one I had.. that accidentally broke when it was Dropped. So thank you ..

Not as big has I thought but big enough good value for money

Mainly used for baking off my sourdough loaves. Brilliant results. Really lightweight so easy to lift in and out of oven
