Review: Beautiful thinner rug Nice Quality! - Very impressed with this 9x12 size rug. While it is a thinner rug, it is a very nice quality & still very soft to walk on even without any additional pad underneath. It arrived with no damage folded in a rectangle box with no plastic protection but had very few wrinkles & lays mostly flat right away. I did not notice any odor. The Denim/multi is beautiful. The muted colors of blues, creams, pinks, terracotta, pale green go perfectly with my coastal style. I am anxious to see how it holds up to my 2 cats as this is day 1.
Review: Holding up great after years with dogs and grandkids - Love this rug! It’s definitely different than a typical rug but I can appreciate those differences. It’s comfortable under foot with a bit of a squish feeling, so easy to clean, has held up to active dogs and grandkids. When I first unrolled it it did have some weird wrinkles but after some vacuuming and just being used a week or so they disappeared. I spot clean as needed but honestly I felt it needed a full cleaning after about a good year so last summer I took it outside squirted it with some carpet shampoo and just sprayed the heck out of it with a garden hose until all of the soap suds were filtered through it into the gravel and then I moved it, gave another good spray and left it on the flat concrete to dry and it looked good as new and still does. Lays great and corners stay down as it has weight to it yet still easy to move around. Robot vacuum goes right over it daily unlike my other traditional rugs and I use my regular vacuum once a week. I plan to buy another one for my dining room and just hope I get as lucky with quality as I did with this one.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do I get my rug edges to lie flat?**
A: New rugs may have slight creases or turned edges due to secure packaging. This can last for a few days. To flatten the edges, place a heavy object on the corners or try reverse rolling the rug.

**Q: Why does my rug look different than the photo?**
A: The colors of your rug, and how you perceive them, can vary due to a room’s lighting, decor, and your viewing angle.

**Q: Why does my rug shed?**
A: Rugs made of natural fibers, like wool, tend to shed because of loose yarns and the rug’s settling process. This is most common—and expected—when rugs are new, and usually decreases over time. Feel free to trim as needed. This is not a defect.

**Q: Why does my rug smell?**
A: It’s common for rugs made with natural fibers to acquire a smell during shipping due to moisture. Once the rug is unrolled, the scent will fade after a few days, especially if the room is well ventilated.

**Q: How do I clean my rug?**
A: Immediately remove any spills by blotting with a dry cloth. Regular vacuuming will remove embedded dirt and prolong the life of your rug. We recommend removing the beater bar before vacuuming. For deep cleans, use a professional cleaning service.
