Is this no longer fsa/hsa approved?

It was when I bought it earlier this year. All sunscreens are required to be fsa/hsa eligible because they make a medical claim.

Can I use this sunscreen for indoor tanning?

I'm pretty sure you can. It's the same concept of protecting your skin from UV rays.
