Home sweet home is my favorite scent from Yankee candle so it’s hard to leave anything negative. I was impressed with the shopping and that the glass jar arrived all in one piece

I've been a Yankee Candle addict for well over 15 years, and this scent, "Home Sweet Home," is the only one I use year-round! This purchase was delivered a day early and is a REAL Yankee Candle, not fake (believe me, I would know immediately if they were). People have asked me why I always buy the Yankee Candle brand? Because they're more expensive than others. I explain to them that I have bought other "knockoffs" to save money before, only to end up getting exactly what I paid for...wasted wax without any scent at the last 1/3 to 1/4 of the jar 😒, so they didn't save me anything. I don't work for the company, but I am a stickler for being well informed, so I know why the Yankee Candles cost more than their competitors... See, other companies only use their scented wax at the top 3/4 or 1/2 of their candle products, the bottom is just colored wax with a hint of scent. This way, they are able to trick the average customer into buying them. Don't get me wrong, at first, they all have great "throw," however, as they burn down, their scent becomes much weaker. Some brands don't even use wicks long enough for their candles, causing them to fizzle out long before they should. Yankee Candle Company uses fully scented wax throughout the entire candle. They also have a high concentration of scented oils, to insure a strong throw of scent, from the first time you light it until it burns all the way down. *** P. S. Make sure you buy the REAL THING, not a cheap knockoff. I noticed that the complaints here are all about the "Cinnamon Sparkle" scent. Even though they're listed under the "Home Sweet Home" one. I ordered 2 of the "Home Sweet Home" scent here, and they're real Yankee Candle brand. If you get a fake one, like some of the other customers, report it to Amazon immediately! Amazon is just a distributor. They'll accept a return, even if your candle is burned to the wick, refund your money, then investigate to persecute the dirty posers!***

Reasonable price burned well. The fragrance could’ve been a little stronger.

In my opinion, the best scented candles on the market thats priced about right, maybe a little expensive, but I think of Yankee Candles as a luxury item.

The scent is so good, but experiencing candle tunneling.

I have Yankee Candles on auto-order, and I have for years. I love them for the variety of products, the quality, and the longevity. However... the last time my order of 2 candles arrived, they had been damaged. The lid to the candle, was shattered, and the glass jar itself was also broken. Of course, totally unable to use. This is the second time (in many years) that I have had a defective product. Trying to deal with getting a refund, exchange, return... has been impossible to do with the Yankee Candle company. This shocked me before, and it has shocked me again. I felt like they were trying to "trap me" in a lie, so I could get a free candle! Wanted pictures uploaded, and even then, they had an excuse as to why they could not honor the return. These are expensive, but I am willing to pay for quality. What I can not tolerate, is the problem-resolution to the rare time I would need the help. Their customer service and return policy are "night and day" compared to products being able to be returned through Amazon itself!!

Smell is amazing

I'm a fan of the scent Home Sweet Home and this YANKEE"s version did not let me down. I waited a few weeks, testing out the candle to watch how it preformed so I could give a fair & honest review. As you can see in the attached video, it burned evenly, no tunneling or left over wax sticking to the side of the glass. The flames size was perfect there wasn't any huge oversized flame nor was it too small. Excellent scent throw, nothing overwhelming which can cause headaches. It was the perfect ratio. • FLAME SIZE • SCENT THROW • HAVING THE CORRECT WIK FOR AN EVEN WAX BURN These are important key factors that you want in a candle no matter if you buy or make candles. So this company knows what they're doing. Thank You, Yankee Candle! I'd definitely repurchase again, maybe try another scent I'm very confident recommending this candle to family & friends. Would even make a fantastic gift.

Not worth 10 aed no scent at all

I have loved the Home Sweet Home Yankee Candle Scent for decades! This is a very good price point for the size of the Yankee Candle! I pay for Yankee Candles because they burn perfectly have incredible scent that goes through your house and lasts. You will never be disappointed with these High End Candles that give you your moneys worth every single time! I love the MacIntosh Apple Scented ones in the Fall. So many Seasonal or all year round Scents to choose from! This is an oversized Jar for an excellent price point! Don’t wait have your little piece of relaxing with their heavenly scents now.
