Good for aches and sleep
My husband used the PM when he cannot sleep. I use the ibuprofen when I have muscle aches. Together, these took care of both issues.

Thank goodness for Advil I couldn’t make it through the day without them. I don’t know if they’re hurting my stomach or not, but it sure keeps my back from hurting.

Works ok, supposedly easier on stomach. Not cheap. Not sure about sleep help. I guess if you take it at bedtime it relieves night pain and helps sleep but there are no added medicine to help sleep. Pill small and easy to swallow
