I've usually used 24 gauge brass wire for my hobby projects but decided to try this stainless steel. It works every bit as well as the brass; easy enough to bend into shape yet still firmly holds that shape. It's nice to have a different color to use.

This was interesting... I accidentally ordered the 32 gauge wire. It was very fine wire like a human hair. It would be perfect for some craft project that requires a fairly strong extremely fine wire. I am not using it because it is so fine it is like an acupuncture needle. I ran the wire deep into my fingers every time I attempted to use it. I am also afraid that if I drop it on the floor it could become embedded in my dogs paws or picked up in a treat... It is however an exceptionally fine strong wire.

I love stainless steel for my go-to wire working. This was for making custom stitch markers and row count markers for a fellow knitter. Plus a good replacement on a crystal that lost its wire mount from excessive wear and tear.

The 32 gauge wire is very thin but very strong. I tried twisting it to break it the way you do with thin copper wire but had to cut it. I would think this wire would be good for stringing beads except that there isn't enough bulk to it to fill up the hole in the bead and they might sit funny on it. I got it to hold air plants in place.
