I had high hopes for this product as it implied that it would not only clean dishes but the machine too.I have very hard water so used the 4 tablespoon amount but every item came out covered in white limescale. I have a new dishwasher and have been getting excellent results from a Fairy gel pod.It had fresh salt and rinse aid but things just got worse. Used Fairy again and reverted to perfect results.Meanwhile I am left with a large quantity of something I cannot use. Not sure where the initial 5 stars came from.I still hold my opinion of the product but would like to add that I did receive a refund from the company who Mia’s be unaware of any problemsI

Don’t bother…Bought this with high hopes living in a hard water area…. Absolutely useless although I have been promised a refund….
