Will I need to fight for 100 at $5.99?** A: it's 100 pieces, not sure what is "size 10 pcs" mean, we will investigate. **Q: What is the p-channel equivalent of this transistor?** A: BS250P or ZVP3306A are often cited as complementary equivalents. I have no personal experience with those. **Q: Do these ship with protective shorting wires in place like they should?** A: They come in an electrostatic protective zip lock bag. They are just loose inside the bag. I haven’t had a problem with any not working as clipping diodes or switches. **Q: Are these parts marked with part numbers? Are they prime quality parts or re-brands? The last parts I got from your company were totally unmarked and** A: They are marked 2N7000. I don’t recall branding. They have worked fine as clippers and switches in several DIY effect pedal circuits. Chanzon makes reliable components in my experience. Sorry to hear your experience wasn’t the same. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ MOSFET Transistor *by M***A on January 14, 2026* Received in good shape. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure you connect them to the right voltage *by J***T on March 7, 2025* They work great, they fit Arduino breadboards ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Real Silicon carbide 'fets *by F***N on September 8, 2021* These are basically indestructible after the addition of a 1.5KE200CA TVS diode across drain and source pins, and a 1.5KE12CA TVS diode across gate and source pins. Don't forget the gate drain resistor! After the addition of the TVS diodes these things are basically immortal. I put them in a ZVS driver I made, and guess what... at 80v input the 1/4 inch solid copper buss bars got red hot! The old cpu heatsink I put these on was only moderately warm after 30 min running (no fan). A word of advice if u don't want to keep coming back for spares: 1. Use TVS diodes recommended above. 2. Use these in a soft switching design! Like a ZVS driver, or ZCS (class E amp, harder than ZVS but only uses one 'fet). The whole point of me making the ZVS driver/induction heater was to test these International Rectifier IRFP260NPBF SiC metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors. I was surprised they held up longer than my bulky power supply. Which is just crazy! These are a suitable replacement for IRFP250 series mosfets and an improvement over other 'p260 series mosfets. May be able to replace IRFP460 series (with TVS diodes because of a probable higher input voltage), but I'm not sure. These are also much cheaper than IGBTs of the same power level, which sadly have the horror of gate drive circuitry required to run them.
