They are well made, priced right and work. Easy to install as replacements for OEM part and fit perfectly. Our Amana top loader now balances the loads with no problem and spins without the banging and dancing on the floor. This is a part that wears out often so don't expect them to last the life of your washer. You might have to replace them from time to time again but the price does not mean they will have a shorter life than any OEM expensive part. They're all manufactured in China.

Plastic Caps didn’t fit into hole on top of washer to hold rods in place . I used old caps worked fine . Washer now runs smoothly with no loud noises or banging. very simple to install.

Fixed the out of balance problem in our Whirlpool washing machine. These are a bit longer than the originals, but the upper bearing is thicker so the tub hangs in the same spot. I couldn’t get the new bearing cups to fit, so I used the old ones without a problem. Did a load of towels and no more banging. Hopefully they last longer than the originals. The repair was easy, and there are good videos out there showing how to do it with good tips like hooking the back rods to the frame so the tub stays suspended.

Received replacement order of the 4pc washer springs. Original order was damaged. Installed it in less than 1 hour. Washer had no banging sounds. Great. FYI - wasnt able to use new plastic pieces for springs. Just used the originals

The rod is good quality. At first I ordered the wrong size and the seller easily replaced with the smaller size I needed. If you lift the lid on your Amana washer at the base of the lid is your model/serial number. The rod was perfect, packaged arrived nicely, however, the two plastic fittings that go inside top of washer where the rod hooks, the cup that fits into the washer lid would not go deep enough to latch the cup into place. I resorted to my original plastic parts that were intact and I am fine with that. How I know what was wrong with washer I found a video online that said if you can press down on the agitator and if it bounces like a ball these rods are where to start first (I made sure the machine was level before ordering parts). The replacement was easy. I'm 61 year old female, followed the video instructions, and got the job done. If you can't get in the floor a few times up and down I'd get some help. The washer has to be tilted over alot and then lie in the floor underneath washer. Good hand strength is required to grab hold of the rod inside the washer to lift the tub up to secure the rod hook. To lift washer lid remove the 2 or 3 screws (depends on model) to release the lid from the top base of washer, pull the lid forward from front of washer then lift slightly then push the lid back to release the lid. If the plastic replacements would have worked I would have given 5 stars. I'm giving 4.5 because of the ease in ability to replace my product. If I had not found this video on how to lift the lid, i'm sure I would have taken the back of my washer off with no point of return. Have a blessed day !

I was on the fence about buying this or the $80 OEM part because of the reviews saying the new plastic pieces don’t fit and these rods are longer. But seriously, this did the trick! I had no issues. Yes these rods are a different length, but it seriously doesn’t matter. They hold the drum in a suspension type assembly, so as long as you use all the same lengths rods, all is good. Just buy this, grabs buddy to help you, and follow the how-to video in the Video links here.

I purchased this suspension rod kit as a direct replacement for my Roper RTW4516FW1, which uses part W10780045. While the suspension rods themselves fit and function correctly, the bearing hold cups and bearings included in this kit are incorrect and do not match the OEM components. Because of this, I had to reuse the original bearing cups and bearings from my machine. Unfortunately, I had already thrown the old parts away and had to dig them out of the trash to complete the repair. Luckily they weren’t damaged, but that shouldn’t have been necessary when buying what is marketed as a direct replacement. If a product is advertised as compatible with a specific model, all included components should properly fit that model. This washer (RTW4516FW1) is even listed in the seller’s product images, which makes the mismatch especially frustrating. My recommendation: double-check the product photos carefully and compare them to your original parts before purchasing. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated issue.

I verified this to be the correct part number I needed for my Amana washer. However, the rods were a little longer than the originals, the cups for the upper mounts did not fit my washer, I had to reuse my originals. The upper mounts themselves were a little taller but fit just barely, as in it was tricky to get the top closed back up. All that being said, in the end, I was able to get them to work and the washer no longer bangs and walks around during the spin cycle. I deducted 2 stars because they were not a direct fit, I had to reuse old parts to make them work.
