They are great for walking running or going to the gym. They are so very comfortable. You could be on your feet for hours but the memory foam in the shoes helps and the feet don’t hurt. I bought the red color shoes they look amazing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are perfect! Buy them *by K***I on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2020* It's a little tight when you first try it but one day of working with them they are perfect fit no discomfort while standing and walking all day. My job requires me to constantly keep moving and with these shoes they are perfect I've never had shoes that were just the thing for full and part time shift all day. In the pictures I was out in the rain they are perfect for avoiding wet shoes in puddles (take an umbrella the rain will sink into the fabric ontop). They give you a boost of height I can reach about 2-3 inch taller than i usually can without my tippy toes I'm 5'4 and I'm like 5'7 , 5'8 with these shoes. Very comfortable and lightweight. The ankles part of the shoe gently hugs the ankle so that the shoes fits and feels firm and not sloppy to wear. Big or smaller ankles would be easily accommodated due to the stretch of the material that is used. I bought 3 pairs of these in different colors, and this particular color I really love, they look awesome with my black and/or dark jeans! However, I did pay attention to other reviews and noticed the shoes were running about a 1/2 size too small. I typically wear a 9 and ordered 9 1/2. They fit me perfectly by ordering the 1/2 size larger, but that being said, I DO wear socks.
